Quick stop to do some shopping at a favorite store

Just a stone's through from Mi Mexicana was a speciality store we just had to stop and see. It was filled with old army gear, farm supplies, canned goods and auto repair items. It seemed also to be a gathering place for men wearing coveralls.
I found a garden figurine (bull dog) but it was made of cement and weighed nearly 50 pounds. Lee would not allow me to take it home as a souvenir from my trip because I couldn't carry it by myself. While I was disappointed, I understood.
